Due to new policies we are unable to refund any purchased champions, skins, or runes. However, I can make a one-time exception for up to three purchases, only if you've not received a refund before.
So I can research the transaction(s) and assist you with this refund, can you please provide me with the following information.

- How much IP or RP you spent on each item:
Can you also provide me with the following account information.
- Your account name (used to log in):
- Your summoner name (name displayed in game):
- Which server you play on (North America or Europe-West/Nordic East): NA
Please make sure to include all the information mentioned above, as I cannot process your refund without it. Also, if the email address your are writing from doesn't match the address listed on your account, which in your case it doesn't match, please change your account's email address to the one you're writing from. The reason for this is, I can only perform changes to an account if the request is coming from a known source. This can be done at the link provided below.
