Ronaldinho's agent Roberto De Assis has revealed talks over a new deal could take place in the near future after receiving a welcome to stay at Milan 'for life' from Silvio Berlusconi earlier in the week.
Despite being linked with a move to MLS side Los Angeles Galaxy this summer, regardless of Milan's denials, De Assis feels his brother will remain with the Rossoneri.
"Maybe we will meet the club after the Varese game, but I cannot say whether we are prepared to spread the wages," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"We know of a Galaxy offer, but only Milan can say whether they are interested. I spoke to Ronnie [Ronaldinho] and he is working hard.
"He has a contract with Milan and so I hope he stays at Milan, but we still have to speak about the future."
Reports in Italy suggest Dinho will extend his deal from 2011 to 2013, with the Brazil international's wages decreasing from €8 million (￡6.7m) to €4m (￡3.4m) per annum.
