When Daisy Yip heard about the overseas cultural experience programme her school had arranged for From Four students last summer,she was one of the first to apply.

為什麼有heard和had arranged2動詞在同一句子中,而又沒有that和 , 等......

請幫忙解答一下3q

When Daisy Yip heard about the overseas cultural experience programme(which) her school had arranged for From Four students last summer,she was one of the first to apply.
the word ' which ' can be omitted since it is a noun noun verb pattern .
