If you are receiving the 60004 error code it just means your character is stuck in the district. This happens when the district you were playing in crashes. There are 2 ways to fix this:
Simply tell support the error code you are receiving along with you character name and world. I've also made a "How to Submit a Ticket" thread for anybody that doesn't know how.
I will be handling these issues when I am at the office. When I am offline here and weekends, I strongly suggest you submit a ticket to customer support.
