英勇的港澳、海外召喚師們

我們要說的是一聲「對不起」。

自去年 11 月以來，我們在海外線路的穩定性上，一直處於非常被動的狀態。這個被動並不是我們不想把它調整好，而是基於台灣網路的現況上實在很無奈。讓我們簡單說明一下這半年來的經過。

2011-11-01
所有港澳、海外玩家連線出現 lag/崩潰問題。

2011-11-13
完成第二海外線路並啟用。第二線路僅是暫時解決方案，此時我們已要求機房開始準備正式的海外備線。

對於台港澳三地因海外線路造成的問題，給予補償。

伺服器遭受攻擊，影響台港澳全部召喚師。

我們回答一下港澳與海外召喚師可能質疑的問題：

一、這條海外備線這麼爛，為什麼不換一條？

答：其實你會發現，每次的斷線原因都不太一樣。機房端發生問題時，每次都會檢討原因並改進。線路的本身並不爛，只是有太多不可預知的問題。

二、為什麼我連美服就沒問題，連台服就有問題？

答：因為香港連台灣的整體使用頻寬是很高的，很多遊戲的伺服器都放在台灣，因此對設備的消耗也比較大，也因此，無論是設備或是海纜，故障的頻率會比較高。當然，這並不能成為機房出問題找的藉口，我們應該嚴格督促。

三、為什麼有時候我看網頁就好好的，玩英雄聯盟就斷線？

答：因為在很高的 ping 之下、或是少量的網路封包遺失，是不會影響玩家看網頁或下載的（頂多比較慢）；但玩多人對戰的遊戲，由於網路封包數較多也較密集，只要遺失網路封包或 ping 變高，就很有可能有非常嚴重的 lag，甚至導致斷線。

四、Garena 到底還能為玩家做出什麼改善？

答：針對這兩天的斷線情況，我們已經對香港機房端表達強烈的不滿；我們比你們更不想向現況妥協。如果問題持續下去，我們除了督促改善外，也不排除再次更換線路。

港澳與海外的召喚師們，這些斷線，斷在你身，痛在我心。誰願意看見自己的玩家不高興呢？我們一直希望能對你們更好一點，包括在香港舉辦大型賽事，提升香港電子競技水準；希望你們能感受的到我們的努力，繼續支持英雄聯盟。

We are aware of an issue causing account stats and chat to not load on login. We are working hard to resolve this issue. Please check back for updates.

11:50 PDT We are currently testing recently made changes.
11:20 PDT We have made some progress towards fixing the issues and will continue to post updates when available.10:50 PDT We're continuing to investigate and have possibly identified a cause of some of the issues today. We will continue to update this thread as much as possible

之前係咁lag, lag到人都燥, 明明大勝比人打翻重要串9返我地, 咁既事已經不下几十次, 真係想遲d轉去dota2
