Thank you for your patience. We've been able to locate your purchase, however the transaction actually hasn't fully gone through yet. This is why you have not received the receipt or the code yet. What you are currently seeing is a pending charge right now. This was a known issue with the purchase site, and should be resolved soon. They are still currently working on the purchase issue, and I will get back to you as soon as we find out more.
