外國傳媒報道，「一代股票宗師」、在1959年成立投資公司Donaldson、Lufkin＆Jenrette的聯合創辦人Richard Jenrette，在縱橫美國華爾街逾40年後，上周因癌症逝世，享年89歲。在他離世前，親自撰寫了「24條」生活及投資皆適用的成功法則，標題為《我學到的是》(What I Learned)，大家不妨參考一下，或許對人生有新的啟發：
1. Stay in the game. That’s often all you need to do – don’t quit. Stick around! Don’t be a quitter!
留在遊戲中。這通常是你需要做的！不要離開、不要停留在某點發呆、不要半途而廢！
3. Remember – Life has no blessing like a good friend! You can’t get enough of them. Don’t leave old friends behind – you may need them
切記！生活不會像一位好朋友的祝福。
－你不能得到足夠的。
－不要忘記你的老朋友，你可能需要他們。
4. Try to be nice and say “thank you” a lot!
嘗試時常友善及多些說「謝謝」。(禮多人不怪)
