Hey everyone,
If you are receiving the 60004 error code it just means your character is stuck in the district. This happens when the district you were playing in crashes. There are 2 ways to fix this:
1. Forums! All I need is:
Character name:
World:
2. Submit a ticket to customer support (http://www.gamersfirst.com/support.php).
Simply tell support the error code you are receiving along with you character name and world. I've also made a "How to Submit a Ticket" thread for anybody that doesn't know how.
I will be handling these issues when I am at the office. When I am offline here and weekends, I strongly suggest you submit a ticket to customer support. I am at the office Monday-Friday until 6pm PDT usually. That makes it 9pm EDT/ 01:00 UTC-GMT/ 02:00 BST/ 03:00 CEST. Also, please refrain from double posting.
