Do you remember the big, burly sprites of WWF Wrestlefrest duking it out in the arcades of the 1990s? Well, regardless of your level of nostalgia for quarter-gobbling grapples, THQ is unleashing an updated tribute to the game on iOS platforms.
You can kick and suplex your way through a progressive Road to Wrestlemania and other modes as John Cena, The Rock, Randy Orton, Stone Cold, The Undertaker, Jake "The Snake," and "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Future DLC characters include CM Punk, Triple H, Sheamus, Shawn Michaels, and Big Boss Man.
While the game is only available on the iPhone/iPad right now, THQ confirms versions of WWE Wrestlefest will arrive on XBLA, PSN, Android platforms, and PC later this year.
