Auld Lange Syne 與 Amazing Grace 為舉世聞名的二首蘇格蘭節慶民謠，中文譯名為驪歌，特別是在學校畢業典禮時使用。Auld Lang Syne 寫於1711年(或更早於1677年)，原歌名與歌詞皆使用蘇格蘭古文字，即蓋爾語所寫成，其意為「Times gone by」（時光流轉），或直意為「Old Long Since」。在蘇格蘭，此曲為新舊年跨年時，必唱的歌。午夜倒數時，不論是在家中、收音機、電視台或廣場一定播放或吟唱這首歌，有送走舊的一年，迎接新的一年之意，倒不像中文驪歌那麼感傷。原文譯有許多版本，以下為較普及的版本，我們可以從歌詞中體會這首歌的意涵，特別是最後一句歌詞：
