Martin O'Neill is hoping Gabby Agbonlahor, Emile Heskey and Stephen Warnock will all be fit to face Burnley this weekend.
Agbonlahor missed the FA Cup clash with Crystal Palace with a foot injury picked up in the game with Manchester United.
Heskey, meanwhile, was forced off at half-time in the match, while Warnock returned to action in the fifth round clash after a four-game spell on the sidelines after injuring his shin in the previous FA Cup game against Brighton.
The boss believes the trio will be all fine for the Clarets clash on Sunday.
He said: "Gabby's going to be okay, I think. Emile's going to be okay. Stephen Warnock at this minute looks as if he's going to be okay. Stephen had played just the one game. He has done some training this week and we hope he has no real reaction from things. It's good that those players are hopefully going to come through for Sunday.
