I am writing to make a formal personal complaint on your unacceptable and indecent attitute towards my team and me on 17th April, 2010.

During the phone call you made to me on the mentioned date, you showed no respect to me and my team, by unabling to address the team and I with a disgusting voice. I perceived such kind of behaviour as a malice towards us. Discourtesy is unacceptable and I hereby formally request you to make formal apology to me and my team.

Should you have any resent, please respond in here as soon as possible.
