一位捧左好多年馬體會既球迷post佢對托里斯去利物浦既意見

First of all I have to say you that I am from Spain.

Well, I wrote to you here (sorry if this is the wrong place... I think so) to make you know some things about the rumour of Fernando Torres going to Liverpool. I see La Liga, I see a lot of matches of Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Atlético. So I know very well Fernando Torres, I see him playing every week because I am an Atletico de Madrid fan.

Today, president Enrique Cerezo (in Atletico de madrid we HATE him), confirmed to a TV news program that Torres is a Liverpool player. We are very sad because Torres is ALL we have now. The only one who loves this time and the best one in Atletico de Madrid. We love
him, so all we want is that he may be happy with you.

Well, I am going to give you my opinion about Fernando Torres.

People here always said that the Premiership was a perfect competition for Fernando Torres. He is strong, he is tall, he is VERY fast and he is very talented. Torres is not a classic "in box" striker. Torres is able to play far from the box and here, playing far from the box, is one of the best strikers in the world because he is very talented "falling" to the wings, opening the defense, giving assists... This season scored 14 goals yes, but... Torres was playing
as a winger.

Why? Well, Maxi and Petrov (Atletico de Madrid's wingers), were injuried since the beginning of the season. Atletico de Madrid hadn't a replacement for the left wing beacause that replacement was injuried in the "pre-season", before "La Liga" started. So, Atletico de Madrid's coach, Javier Aguirre, put Torres in the left wing. Why? Well, Torres is very good dribling and is very intelligent on the field.

Playing as a winger, Torres gave 6 assistants and scored 14 goals. Only played the last 4 matches as a forward, and he scored 4 goals in that 4 matches. For 5 years consecutive, he was for far the top scorer of the team (only one player achieved this in the 100 years of the team). And Atletico de Madrid is a team that practice an HORRIBLE football.

Torres this year improved a lot in the hand to hand with the goalkeeper and improved too with the ball control. He can score goals from whenever he wants, a coach of him (now national team coach) said the Torres never score two identical goals. Moreover, he is good too shooting at the first touch and he is a good header. He scored some goals with his left foot but is not usual seeing him shooting with his left.

In my opinion, he is one of the best strikers of Europe, but he play in a team that don′t practice an offensive football. 32€ million  it's not expensive for what he is. I made a video of his best goals one year ago, it is maybe the most complete compilation about him in youtube, here it is:

Torres: I'm joining Europe's number one (Linky)

Liverpool's new signing Fernando Torres is delighted to have joined "the best club in Europe".

The Spain striker will be unveiled at Liverpool on Wednesday afternoon with the Reds having completed his transfer from his beloved Atletico Madrid for a fee believed to be ￡26.5million.

In his last press conference at the Vicente Calderon, the 23-year-old said: "It has been a difficult decision to leave my all-time club.

"But it would have been hard for me to reject Liverpool's offer. It is a big leap for me and I think it was the right thing for everyone.

"The time comes in the life of a player that he needs more challenges.

"I have always done what was best for the club, too. The Liverpool offer arrived and I only told the club to listen to that offer because that is the team I wanted to play for.

"It's one of the best, if not the best, clubs in Europe."

Torres is aware of the enormous pressure he will have at Anfield, but believes he is ready for the challenge.

He has been given the number nine shirt, worn most famously by goal machines Ian Rush and Robbie Fowler.

"The fact that Liverpool are giving me the number nine jersey just goes to show the confidence they have placed in me, when considering those who have worn that shirt before me," he continued.

"A new beautiful adventure begins for me and I hope that with work and effort I can be among the best players.

"This is a unique opportunity for me. Liverpool aspire to everything and that has been an important factor in my decision to go there.

"I want to adapt as quickly as possible. I think Premiership is a football that adapts well to my style.

"I will arrive with a lot of joy and ambition."

Torres was saddened to leave Atletico after a disappointing campaign which saw the Madrid outfit fail to qualify for UEFA Cup.

He has played for the club's first team for seven years after supporting them from childhood.

"I will always feel at home at Atletico," he said.

"I am proud of what I achieved here, my heart will always be Rojiblanco regardless of where I go.

"I want to thank the fans, who have shown a lot of support over the years. It has been a pleasure for me. I hope to return one day.

"I have my conscience clear of what I have achieved. I believe this is a good decision for me and for the club.

"I hope that those who come here they will do what we haven't been able to do."

利物浦巨人恐遭意外挖角 埃里克森在曼城重組英格蘭隊

　　泰國前總理他信即將完成對曼城的收購，埃里克森也將入主帥位，在拿到被許諾的5000萬英鎊轉會預算後，瑞典人已經開始計劃改組曼城的陣容。

　　《曼徹斯特晚報》報道，埃里克森的改造重點是前鋒線，此前傳出他瞄准了博爾頓的阿內爾卡和米德爾斯堡的亞庫布，但《曼徹斯特晚報》披露了瑞典人的新目標：他更為熟悉的英格蘭球員。

　　埃里克森的目標是利物浦的克勞奇和熱刺的迪福，他的顧問團評估稱，挖到這兩人的難度會小于阿內爾卡和亞庫布，後兩人都是各自球隊的當家射手，球隊不太容易放人，但利物浦引進托雷斯後，克勞奇的地位會受到衝擊，而熱刺買進了達倫-本特，迪福已淪為第四前鋒。

　　《曼徹斯特晚報》稱，克勞奇和迪福的轉會費總和預計在2000萬英鎊左右，一旦埃里克森真的得手，曼城將迎來英格蘭隊的鋒線組合。另外，瑞典人還在打切爾西邊鋒賴特-菲利浦斯的主意，這是曼城球迷最希望看到回歸的人，埃里克森希望靠這筆買賣贏得人心，而小賴特又是一名英格蘭球員。(李普利)
