Chris Jericho(原名：Christopher Keith Irvine)，外號 Y2J，早期活躍於美國墨西哥兩地摔角界，出道初期在美國 WCW 和 ECW 打出名堂，並且是多個組別冠軍。1999年8月被 WWE 招攬成為旗下選手，當時世界迎接二千年來臨，所有人都在關心電腦千年蟲問題，Chris Jericho 就拿千年蟲 (Y2K bug) 開玩笑，一直以千禧年倒數作宣傳 Y2J 來臨，但摔角迷一直不知道甚麼 Y2J，直到 1999年8月9日芝加哥的 Raw 節目中，他第一次於 WWF 出現，當時 The Rock 正進行比賽，Chris Jericho 卻走出來說他就是 Y2J 。
Chris Jericho 除了打摔角，也組成重金屬樂隊 Fozzy ，而且發展不錯。現在他活潑於 WWE Raw 節目。

從前有一個愉快的家庭~~一位母親，一位父親和4個年輕的男孩.父母經營一個殯儀館,雇用了一名叫Paul Bearer(Kane同UT的經理人) 的年青人.
家庭一直過緊一種愉快的生活，直到一日命運攸關的日子改變他們的生活.
有一天 Undertaker 和 Kane 就在玩火柴，最後不小心導致全家燒掉.那時 Undertaker 是成功的逃掉了火災，不過在他印象中他的父母還有弟弟都在火災中過世了.
佢見到自己的家人死哂之後，他到處尋找安慰自己的辦法,於是他便和Paul Bearer結盟去體現死.那個人在1990年在WWF初次登臺，並成為眾所周知的Undertaker.

1984年,在WCCW首次登場,名為masked Texas Red,輸了給Bruiser Brody.
1988年,他加入CWA(即USWA),改名The Master of Pain.
1989年4月1日,他打敗Jerry Lawler得到USWA Unified World Title.剛剛加入摔角界4個月的Mark Calloway,迎來了自己的第一個冠軍,改名The Punisher,不久後便衛冕失敗.
1989年10月5日,他將Eric Embry打敗,成為了USWA Texas Heavyweight title,但同樣不久後便衛冕失敗.
1989年11月,佢加入左WCW以"Mean" Mark Callous的身份出現,之後就同DanSpivey ,Sid Vicious搭檔組成團隊The Skyscrapers.
他們曾打敗Road Warriors.
期後,Sid Vicious受傷.他轉打單人賽,打敗了Johnny Ace和Brian Pillman等對手,而迅速在WCW走紅.之後和Lex Luger為United States title展開了爭奪,可是他輸了.
WCW拒絕與他續約,1990年10月,他加入WWF.

1990年的10月,WWF的名經濟人Brother Love在HOUSE SHOW中出帶來了Kane the Undertaker,Ted Dibiase的"Million Dollar Team"的成員.
1990年11月19日,他名為Kane the Undertaker打他第一場WWF比賽.
而正式在電視銀幕出現則是在1990年11月22日的Survivor Series以Ted DiBiase的神秘夥伴角色登場,他的招式 Tombstone Piledriver亦首次出現.
1991年3月24日,在WrestleMania VII嬴出,將"Superfly" Jimmy Snuka打敗,及後創造16次WrestleMania不敗記錄.
之後,佢將目標放o係Ultimate Warrior身上,UT出來打倒了Ultimate Warrior,並把他鎖進了一個大棺材中,他將棺材鎖起來,丟了出去.
跟住又將目標放係Hulk Hogan.
係Survivor Series1991,Undertaker對Hulk Hogan,使出了tombstone,取得首次WWF Championship.
WWF President Jack Tunney命令在6日後,打場重賽,今次UT就輸左俾Hulk Hogan.
