《戰鎚40,000：破曉之戰II》安裝時遇上的問題
1).若你輸入的cd-key無效：
請先覆查你輸入的cd-key是正確無誤。以下是非常近似的號碼：
{I, L,1} & { V,Y} & {0,O}

2).若不能啟動遊戲，請留意：
*必需以Steam帳戶及網絡連線來初次啟動遊戲。
*在執行遊戲前先下載patch檔案來更新遊戲主程式。
*遊戲可能需要下載多於一個patch檔案，請重新下載patch檔案數次直至能啟動遊戲。

3). 若不能解封解鎖編碼 (只限限量珍藏版玩家)：
1. 請從以下網頁下載Games for Windows Marketplace程式：
http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-US/Live/Pages/livemarketplace.aspx
2. 點擊"Download Now"開始下載
3. 下載完成後請安裝程式
4. 執行已安裝的程式
5. 利用你的Games for Windows Live的Gamer-Tag登入
6. 選擇"Marketplace" --> "Redeem Code"後輸入解鎖編碼
*註：解鎖編碼必須從Windows左下方的「開始」選項單來執行解封，而不能透過IE及firefox登入來解封。


Dawn of War II installion problem
1)Should customers call and say that their cd-keys are invalid,
"Please ask customer to double check to see if  they  mistyped your key.
I, L, and 1 can look alike, as can V and Y, and 0 and O."
2)Steam account and internet connection  is required for activation of the game.
You will need to patch the game before you can run the game.
Should patching takes a long time ask them to retry a few times.
3) Redemption codes for DOWII CE problems
Please go to this website and download the program for Game for Windows Marketplace.

click on the "Download Now" yellow tab and install the program,
run the installed program , and log in using your games for windows live gamer-tag.
click on the Marketplace tab and click on the redeem code tab to redeem your unique code.
