此更新檔已包括以往所有L4D 之更新. (版本為 v1.0.1.3)

更新內容包括:

生存模式:
      -新的遊戲模式;
      -16張地圖包括"最後一刻"(新地圖的別名);
      -計分板;
      -新的7個成就;
對抗模式更新:
      -修正對抗模式中 關門計分後還會再重新計分一次
      -修正對抗模式中 無行為能力的人被救起後會重新計算分數
      -修正瞬間重生抓擊的到生存者   (呢個我唔明,有冇人解答)
      -修正BOOMER瞬嘔吐時效性的問題,同上一樣!
      -修正"連貫射擊"也就是機槍類的"集氣"攻擊     
      -修正遊戲進行到終章時 新玩家無法加入
      -修正listen server會隨著時間而讓"整個"server加速
      -將對抗模式中的"疲勞槍托"相關參數移除
      -修正每張地圖一開始當感染者的人 也就是上一張地圖輸的人 還需要等重生時間
伺服器更新:
      -讓服務端無法在使用做弊!     
      -前幾次更新 專屬伺服器的heartbeat訊息被拿掉 現在回來了?
      -簡化遊戲模式的設定
      -移除director_no_human_zombies 及 director_holdout_mode的指令
      -增加mp_gamemode指令 參數為合作,對抗,生存三種模式
一般更新:
       -增加在大廳中加入及離開遊戲的訊息

Survival Mode Changes


Darkened the Lighthouse background movie and increased the contrast with the user interface elements

Chapter selection is now available when creating a Survival lobby

Single player coop now works correctly after playing Survival online

The correct game mode will be set when playing back a demo

Changed holdout server spew to be development only

Stats are no longer updated while viewing a demo

Correctly update the leaderboard based on the player's personal time, not the team best time

Show the player's best time in the scoreboard

Removed Survival exploits from The Terminal, Last Stand, The Crane, The Boathouse and The Warehouse

Fixed tanks sometimes not spawning after 15-20 minutes

28/04/2009 更新內容:

Removed a survival related command exploit     刪除了有關生存命令利用

Achievements with multiple critera can now be expanded to show progress  成就多個critera現在可以擴大，以表明進展

mp_gamemode is now included with other console variables for server logging   mp_gamemode現在包括與其他控制台變量服務器的記錄
