To the operating manager of atlantica online,
As your company is the agent of MMORPG atlantica online in Hong Kong, I am writing about the serious bot problem in our server, and also express our disaffection of this game.
According to my investigation, the bot problem is being more and more serious, in Babylon air garden, there are a loans of team which are in same formation, prophet+main(spear)+6spear+Shaman, and combined as 3 player as a team, and use basic attack to hit the monster. As the habit of bot program, all of the action are instant, with no reflex. For instance, they eat the food in one second after battle, then use one second to enter battle, it is impossible for real player. Unfortunately, this trend spread out, and transmits Valley of the Kings, Shogen Castle of Death. This will discourage the normal player( larger proportion of all player) and being disappointed. They will have no choice but will leave this good game, your sales amount will probably decrease.
This is a good game, I know you realise this game have got several prizes, I suggest that you to imitate the international agent (nDoor), Which has introduced Macro Block System.
The below are the details( from patch note 21/4/09)
You can report macro users.
: Right click the character and choose “Report”. This requires 100% will.
: A macro block window will open on their screen while item looting. If they fail this window twice, the character will be logged out.
: If the character fails this entire process three times, the account will be permanently suspended. (One count will be removed each day)
- If a character has significantly more experience than the level 19 and 29 caps and stays at level 19 or 29, that player cannot obtain any items until the player completes the level up quest.
: However, the character can still obtain quest items.
I think this can deal the bot problem in the game.
I have enclosed the photos evidence of macroplayer and also the bot program download from internet.
As I said before, this problem is very serious and destructing the game balance, I strong advice that your department should take action immediately, otherwise more and more player will leave and you will pay a heavy price, all the effort goes into the drain.
