辭職信
如果你決定離職的話，除了口頭上向上司請辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應缺少的步驟。
辭職信內容：
離職日期，辭去的工作職位。
簡述辭職原因。(可提可不提)
向公司、上司與同事表示謝意。
要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。

用詞友善
無論是你決定不幹，還是被迫要自動辭職，選寫辭職信時，用詞切記要適當、友善,千萬不要把辭職信當作發發洩的工具，
用詞惡劣或猛數公司、老闆的不是。 因為你的未來老闆隨時會要求你的前任老闆提供關於你在職時的資料，作為聘用與否的參考。
因此，別自毀長城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。正所謂「今日留一線，他朝好相見」，如果你轉職後還是留在同一行業內
，日後在工作上或會有碰面的機會，到時便好尷尬。另外，誰又能保證自己與舊公司或上司他朝不會山水有相逢，再有合作的
機會呢？所以千萬別讓他們留下不良的印象。

中文辭職信樣本

親愛的(上司名字)： 本人已決定辭去現時(職位名稱)的職位，並由x月x日(最後一個工作天的第二天)起開始正式生效。 在此，感謝(公司名稱/ 貴公司)給予本人學習的機會，並取得寶貴的工作經驗。希望本人的離識不會為你帶來 很大的不便。本人希望在離職之前，能夠取得離職通知書。 祝工作愉快!

英文辭職信樣本

(Your address) 3rd November 200X (the name of your boss) (Company's name and section work with) (Company's address) Dear (the name of your boss),I regret to inform you that I decided to resign from my present positionas(position) with effective from(next day of last data).Thank you for giving me a change to learn and gain the valuable experience in (company name and section work with). I hope my resignation would not cause you much inconvenience.Thank you for your king attention and would appreciate if you could letme have a reference letter before leave.
