故事簡介: 二十一世紀初, 地球唯一的衛星月球發生強烈地震, 並神秘地形成了重力及大氣層, 人類自此開始移居月球。公元2050年, 地球出生的少年大地抽獎得到一張月球來回機票, 《魔動王》這套動畫片在此開始。當時月球上不時聽聞有「兔人」出現, 就是身體像人, 卻長有兔耳朵的人類, 雜誌上更有相為証。大地跟著沉悶的旅遊團四處參觀時, 居然發現了長耳女孩, 遂跟蹤至沙漠, 並機緣巧合地掉進了女孩祖母梅婆婆的家。
梅婆婆及其孫女原來真是擁有一對長耳朵的人類, 即「長耳族人」, 梅婆婆為了躲避「邪動族」的追殺, 遂匿藏於沙漠中。她擁有三顆巨大的魔動石, 並施展魔法造成三樣法器: 槍, 弓及陀螺。傳說只要找到能啟動法器中任何一件的人, 再加上魔動石的力能, 就可以呼喚出能拯救長耳族國度的魔動戰士。
梅婆婆感覺到大地身上擁有的魔動能量, 叫他拿槍一試, 果然成功呼喚出地動王, 及後再遇上力大無比且富有正義感的少年卡斯, 及出生樸朔迷離的長耳族少年拉比, 他們分別呼喚出風動王及水動王。三人合力, 誓要保衛邪動族首領的陰謀。
