Small question on 86T

can anyone give me a short brief on the difference between Turbo and Supercharger?
(In game difference and comparison plz, coz i know what are they and whats the difference in the real life)

i remember that supercharger is better for "wet"(rain) but most of the people use 12000rpm/turbo.

So basically this game is very similar to real life since Supercharger doesn't have any turbo lag and is purely base on the engine rev and the air intake.

If I'm setting for uphill, which one will you prefer, turbo or supercharger?
