Greetings,
It’s my pleasure to be here to have a speech about “ The joys of being a teenager in Hong Kong”
Hong Kong is precisely complimented as “ The Pearl of orients”. Almost everything in Hong Kong is of international standard, such as education qualification, social welfare and many more. And these are the things underlying the life of teenager in Hong Kong which is to strain after their dream under the glamorous skyline.
First of all, the universities in Hong Kong lied on the prior levels of college in the world. Teenagers in Hong Kong always study hard for an inception in university. Although the universities in Hong Kong acquire a high threshold, it ensures a world-standard education qualification. Therefore, a university student in Hong Kong usually has a promising future regarding to a well acquisition of knowledge and the high quality indentified by the employers. This creates a life amidst no stress for teenagers after becoming a university student.
Secondly, Hong Kong is a place of opportunities. Even if teenagers failed to receive an offer from university, the enormous opportunities can stoke the ember of dreams in students. “Every road lead to Rome” In Hong Kong, a degree certificate is not the only thing identify the ability of a human, a pessimistic attitude is what matters. There’re numerous chances in Hong Kong can bridge the gap between many and their dream other than that of academic. Therefore, the various opportunities in Hong Kong pave a way for teenagers toward success.
Thirdly, Hong Kong is a cultural cauldron. Being an international city, Hong Kong fulfilled with the colors of many races. Cultures blended well here in Hong Kong; people with different perception can interact with each other peacefully. Therefore, the notion of different country circulated around the city and thereby teenagers in Hong Kong can stretch their scope to think out of the box which can brighten their finite life.
Fourthly, Hong Kong promotes a multidimensional growth of teens. Teenager in school does not only ask to learn about knowledge in academic, but also participate in the extra-curriculum activities. This is to ensure our future pillars to derive a wholly development at such a young age. Thus, teenagers are able to acquire physically, mentally and social well-being when participating in these activities as the curriculums are ranging from sport, music and many more.

Fifthly, Hong Kong is an international city indoctrinated global shared commitments, such as equality, freedom and many more. These consensuses allow our teenager to show no discriminate towards anyone and willing to transcend the barrier lying between. Also, teenagers always have the chance to be irrigated with different religion. Therefore, inseminates of different religions will have different harvests. These all encourage Hong Kong to become a place of love and furthermore to warmth the heart of teenagers.
Therefore, Hong Kong is undoubtedly the Pearl that kindly cultivates our teenagers to shine like their predecessors.
