Mancini Agent Claims Rafa Interest

The agent of Roma wideman Mancini claims Liverpool have made contact regarding a move for the Brazilian star.

Gilmar Veloz told Italian radio that Reds boss Rafa Benitez has enquired about the possibility of bringing Mancini to Anfield, but he insists Liverpool must negotiate with Roma first.

Mancini caught the eye during last season's Champions League campaign, scoring a quite sensational goal to see the Italian giants past French champions Lyon.

However, Veloz revealed he is still waiting on a new contract offer from Roma, prompting the 26-year-old to consider his future.

"There has been interest from Liverpool for Mancini," Veloz told Radio Centro Suono Sport.

"I have spoken with Benitez and but I have answered that they must deal with Roma.

"If the Giallorossi find an agreement with the English club, we would need to meet to discuss the player's future.

"I still do not know the offer of Roma."

Liverpool have made their intentions clear in the transfer market this summer, bolstering their attacking options with the captures of Fernando Torres, Yossi Benayoun, Andriy Vorinin and Ryan Babel.

Benitez has always stated his desire to bring in two wide players though, and with Babel the only recognized touchline-hugger in the quartet, the Anfield coffers could be called into action one last time to secure Mancini's services.

【明報專訊】繼中二女生與4名男同學玩「5P」集體性交後，昨日另一宗在法庭審理的風化案，進一步衝擊社會對當下小孩子性早熟程度理解的底線。紅磡區某小學3名年僅10歲的小學四年級男生，涉嫌先

後4次乘小息時間，在學校傷殘人士專用洗手間內，非禮有輕度智力問題的同班女同學。他們涉嫌脫光事主衣服，上下其手非禮，把鉛筆和筷子分別插入事主下體及肛門，甚至將塗改液塗抹在事主陰部、胸部及腹部之上，更涉強迫事主替他們口交。

一被告認所有罪還押

案件昨日在九龍城裁判法院提堂。同是10歲的3名被告共被控4項非禮罪，其中第三被告已承認所有控罪，現還押屯門兒童及青少年院，本月27日判刑。至於首被告及次被告因否認若干控罪而要聆訊，審前覆核定於下月24日，其間首被告獲准以1萬元保釋外出，次被告的保釋申請則因為未能呈上學習表現的證明而遭法官拒絕。

控方指出，涉案事主早年大病一場，致使其智力較正常兒童低，除記憶力較差，本身能夠清楚表達自己。據悉，年幼女事主隨母親從內地移居香港，03年開始在紅磡區某小學讀書，與3名被告是同班同學。

鉛筆插陰部肛門 陽具碰下體

控方案情指出，首次非禮發生於今年5月中，第二及第三被告帶事主到學校5樓傷殘人士廁所內，將其胸圍及運動褲脫下，繼而用手指插入其下體。事主曾感到痛楚，欲離開時被二人阻止，兩名被告進一步撫摸事主胸部。

案情續稱，6月1日，第三被告與兩名男童帶事主到學校4樓傷殘人士廁所，脫光她的衣服。3人分別用陽具觸碰事主下體，有人涉將鉛筆及筷子分別插入事主陰部及肛門。第三被告及其中一名男童及後迫使事主替他們口交，其時校鐘響起，眾人才離開。

塗改液抹事主下體胸部

4日後即6月5日，3名被告再帶事主到上址，他們向全身赤裸的事主上下其手，將塗改液塗抹到事主陰部、胸部及腹部。同月11日，事主再被3名被告帶到學校5樓傷殘廁所淫辱，當時巧遇一名同班男同學（控方證人），他見狀大叫，3人逃之夭夭。

被捕後喊「以後一定唔會咁做」

案情又指，該名控方證人目睹事主衣不蔽體，將此事宣揚開去，事主不甘受辱，遂向駐校社工投訴，指3名被告多次玩弄她的身體。

社工及後將事件轉介被告的教師，校方要求第二及第三被告將惡行寫在紙上招供，事主父母得悉事件始末後，於6月12日報警。首被告當日被補，被押往警署前曾大叫﹕「我以後一定唔會再咁做

Liverpool are mulling over a move for Roma's Alessandro Mancini, according to the player's agent.

Mancini enjoyed a superb campaign last season and has reportedly attracted the attention of several clubs, including Juventus and Liverpool.

His representative Gilmar Veloz claims he has talked with Rafa Benitez about a possible transfer, although he admits the two clubs have yet to enter negotiations.

"There has been interest from Liverpool and I have spoken with Benitez," Veloz told Radio Centro Suono Sport.

"I replied that they must talk with Roma, but if the Giallorossi were to sell him I'd have no trouble striking a deal."

Mancini's current contract runs out in 2009 but Veloz insists his client would like to remain with the club.

However, the Brazilian has yet to agree a contract extension and Veloz admits his future remains uncertain.

He explained: "On Monday I'll be meeting with Roma sporting director Daniele Prade to talk about contracts, I don't know what their offer is yet."

"Does Mancini want to stay? Surely if he didn't he would have already left."

Reports in the Italian press suggest Mancini will consider leaving if he is not offered a substantial pay rise.
