iEP-5000G-000 passed Intel® Premium Industrial PC Program Validation Certification (Industrial Controls Premium Grade)
The fanless and rugged iEP-5000G-000 Industrial IoT Controller, equipped with the Intel® Atom® x6425RE Processor and dual channel DDR4 3200MHz memory up to 32GB, meets all premium grade standards. In terms of I/O ports flexibility, it adheres to standards with one VGA and one HDMI 2.0b port for display, three RJ45 Ethernet, two USB 3.2, and two USB 2.0 ports. It also features one M.2 Key M slot for storage, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and another M.2 Key B slot for 4G LTE/5G connectivity, totaling three COM ports (RS232/422/485) and four DI/DO ports. With reliable MTBF of 679,927 hours at 25°C, qualified humidity, and operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, while maintaining vibration and shock durability requirements. This achievement highlights its capacity of four DDR4 memory up to 128GB and M.2 storage.
