The new Intel® Core 14th gen motherboards with DDR5 4800/5600 MHz memory up to 96GB feature wide-ranging I/O options, 4K quad display capabilities, PCIe Gen5, and a maximum of triple 2.5G LAN (10G LAN exclusively for IMB-X1316-10G), USB 3.2 Gen2x2 (20 Gbit/s) for lightning-fast data transfer. The new release introduces enhanced choices and versatility to our customers by extending its support to existing 12th/13th gen Intel® CPU motherboards through BIOS updates, facilitating seamless transitions to Intel® Core 14th gen processors. The new line of industrial motherboards, driven by Intel® Core 14th gen processors (Raptor Lake-S Refresh) introduces the latest generation performance hybrid architecture, combining Performance-cores with Efficient-cores with up to 24 cores and 32 threads to enhance optimal multi-threaded performance at the edge. Utilizing this optimized performance and flexibility, the new Intel® Core 14th gen processors motherboards support DDR5 4800/5600 memory module up to 96GB, along with PCIe Gen5 for additional expansion while supporting engaging video experiences with Intel® UHD Graphics 770 driven by Xe architecture. The motherboard series offers a wide range of benefits to optimize edge and IoT applications, and they are available in a comprehensive range of form factors, including Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards, with DDR5 and DDR4 selections to suit customers’ specific needs.

Intel® Core 14th Gen Motherboards with DDR5 Support
The DDR5 motherboards leveraging Intel® Core 14th gen processors are available in Mini-ITX form factor with slim I/O options, including the IMB-1239-WV, IMB-1240-WV, IMB-X1240-WV with H610/Q670/W680 chipsets. Additionally, for Mini-ITX models requiring expanded I/O capabilities, options include the IMB-1237, IMB-1238, IMB-X1238 with H610/Q670/W680 chipsets. These models all feature two DDR5 4800/5600 MHz memory with quad displays (Q670/W680), triple displays (H610), and dual LAN (one 2.5G and one 1G).

Furthermore, the IMB-1315 with an H610 chipset features two DDR5 4800/5600 MHz with triple displays and dual 1G LAN under the Micro-ATX form factor. In the same form factor, models such as the IMB-1316 with a Q670 chipset, IMB-X1316, and IMB-X1316-10G with W680 chipset offer four DDR5 4400 memory with quad displays, three LAN ports (exclusively for IMB-X1316-10G with one 10G, one 2.5G, and one 1G). Additionally, models with ATX form factor include the IMB-1713 with an H610 chipset, featuring two DDR5 4800/5600MHz memory up to 96GB (48 GB per DIMM), triple displays, and dual LAN up to 2.5G. Meanwhile, models IMB-1714 and IMB-X1714 with Q670/W680 chipsets offer four DDR5 4400MHz memory with triple displays and triple 2.5G LAN support.

Intel® Core 14th Gen Motherboards with DDR4 Support
Mini-ITX Options enabled by Intel® Core 14th gen processors with DDR4 support encompass the IMB-1230, IMB-1241, IMB-1242 with H610 chipset, the IMB-1231, IMB-X1231 with Q670/W680 chipsets for high-rise I/O configurations. Additionally, there are the IMB-1232-WV, IMB-1233-WV, IMB-X1233-WV with H610/Q670/W680 chipsets designed for slim I/O setups. These models feature two DDR4 3200 MHz memory, quad displays (Q670/W680), triple displays (H610). As for LAN ports, IMB-1242 and IMB-1241 support one 2.5G plus one 1G LAN, while other Mini-ITX motherboards are equipped with dual 2.5G LAN.

Within the Micro-ATX form factor, available models include the IMB-1314 and the IMB-X1314 equipped with Q670/W680 chipsets. These models facilitate four DDR4 3200MHz memory up to 128GB (32GB per DIMM) with quad displays and dual 2.5G LAN (Q670) or triple 2.5G LAN (W680). For the ATX form factor, you can choose from the IMB-1712 with a Q670 chipset and the IMB-X1712 with a W680 chipset. These variants offer four DDR4-3200 memory, supporting up to 128GB, along with dual 2.5G LAN (Q670) or triple 2.5G LAN (W680).
