Here is a link to the High Res version of that screen shot. High Res SS (1920x1080). Glad u like it.
A few tips for some of you who are having trouble getting your game to look like the screen shots on this forum.
First of all, a screen shot, while helpful, isn't always a good indicator of what the actual game looks like during normal game play.
Weather, time and location all factor into the equation. Best to use a trainer that lets you change time, weather and location quickly.
This can help in determining how your game matches with the user posted screens.
Second, people here are playing with many different setups; monitors, graphic cards and drivers are all different.
Many have mods installed which influence the overall graphics look (ie. Visual IV etc.).
With all these variables the best bet is to download a few settings files and tweak them to match your taste and system.
Yes that takes time, but there is no such thing as a ready made setting that will work for all setups.
The two best settings packs, I think are H1Vltg3 (V2 or 3) and P1ch3. I actually use a combination of both packages.
I prefer the ENB 079 instead of the newer 081 version because my trees look crappy on 081 no matter what I do.
While the enbseries.ini file is great for tweaking lots of different settings like sky, lights and reflections, there is another file which some of you may not have touched yet. enbeffect.fx.
I used an enbeffect.fx file from 081 because it has some handy variables in it which allow for easy changing of overall brightness, bloom, and color saturation.
If you are still using the older enbeffect.fx file, I recommend trying the new one if you're having trouble getting the overall look you want.
Some examples of the changes I made in mine. (from the H1Vltg3 settings I believe)
float EColorSaturation=1.6; //changed this from 1.0
float EBrightnessV1=2.0;
float EBloomAmountV1=0.25;
float EBloomAmountAdditiveV1=0.8;
float EBrightnessV2=0.06; //changed this from 0.05
float EBloomAmountV2=0.06; //changed this from 0.05
float EColoringV2=0.4;
float EDarkeningV2=0.65; //changed this from 0.45
I'm sure most of you are already way ahead of me. Just trying to help out those of you who are new to enbseries and struggling to get it looking how they want.
Enbeffect.fx can be an quick, albeit dirty way to adjust the overall look of the game without making endless small changes in enbseries.ini.
Just Alt Tab to desktop, make a change, save, and Alt Tab back to check your results.
Now if only there was a way to adjust timecyc and visualsettings on the fly, I'd be happy....
I'm running patch 1.0.4.0 and as far as I know there is no way to reload them without quitting and restarting the game.
If someone can correct me, I love to be wrong on this one.
