GW2預售再開,但......
我仍然是刷不了卡 0.0,
填完資料, 按 complete purchase 都係無反應
why...

建議先check check登記的Email有冇成功購買的信
(因為有d人就係因為咁重覆買左幾套!)
冇的話換個browser再試試
如果出現error, invalid等等訊息
就直接去NCsoft網站開個Support Account問吧

其實都講過好多次,無論係巴哈定邊度,

你換IE9試下刷信用卡,如果唔得再用EMAIL講個情況俾客服知,再叫佢幫你開通信用卡購買權限。

最好是直接電郵致Support Accoun客服。
表示你網購不了。
客服首先會機械地電郵給你說收到你的問題,叫你請等等。
三至五個工作天就會有專人幫你解決。

以下資料是必須的。

----The last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used in the payment
(信用卡尾4碼)
------- Country where card was issued:
(Hong Kong)
--- Card Type: (if you are using a credit/debit card)
(VISA)
--- postal code
(852)

我有email to account service support了,
NC Soft 都係叫我用另一種browers, 但最後我係用Safari才刷到卡!!!
所以應該唔係張卡既問題0.0,  ie9唔得, 用其他browers試下
