分享 Zynga 黑心企業,勸大家不要花錢在這間公司所提供的遊戲

源由:FarmVille中文版於2011.09.30停止服務一事,在公告僅說明"90天內"的消費願意協助玩家"轉移至其他遊戲"一事,"90天前"儲值的玩家則"全部忽略其儲值權利"。

下面是這件事情中文客服的回覆(且比英文版的更差勁,再次發信就完全不回的,一定要重新至官網提問):
自2011年9月8日起FarmVille 中文版將不再開放新用戶並且關閉付費功能。現有玩家仍可進行遊戲至2011年9月30日。如果您在自公告日前90天有消費,您可以自由選擇目前的Zynga遊戲,如CityVille, FarmVille 英文版, Empires & Allies中文版, 德州撲克中文版等,Zynga客戶服務部將會回補您的消費,並額外增加10%回補到您選擇的遊戲中。如果您在公告頁面沒有看到填寫轉移方案的選項,說明您沒有滿足這次回補的所需要求
,所以您無需填寫轉移方案,也沒有相關的回補,您可以直接選擇zynga的其他遊戲。

您的帳號只有一筆充值記錄,是在3月10日進行充值的,但是這次回補要求是要在公告發佈前90天內消費才可以進行,您充值的時間已經超過要求所有無法進行回補,非常抱歉。
既然貴公司都有查到儲值紀錄,在我尚未使用完該次儲值的遊戲幣,都應當屬有價的個人財產。貴公司卻以該次儲值在公告發佈前90內消費才願意將儲值協助轉移到其他相關遊戲,明顯忽視我的權益。且我在儲值時,貴公司並未提醒該款遊戲可能會停止服務,這樣子貴公司已經涉及侵佔與詐騙,請提出一個合理解釋,否則我將採取法律途徑解決。

If I am correct, you are asking if I could move your Farmville China Cash to your Cityville account. If that is right, I do apologize but I do not have the necesary tools for any of them and therefore I am not allowed to do so.

If that is not the case I would appreciate if you could please clarify your issue for me.

I  just want to  question  the original  Chinese  version of the  stored value  in the  FarmVille  FV  of the remaining  money ,  I  now  move to  play  CityVille,  is  like this .
