Hi Chefs,

We are working on several ways to improve loading, game play and Connection Errors. During the past week, we’ve experienced some issues with the storing of several thousand gifts in gift boxes. To continue toward better overall performance, we will have to make some changes to the limits of the gift box.
Gift Requests on Facebook, in the Zynga Message Center (ZMC) and in email will expire after 15 days.

Pending gift requests will be limited to 100 (or less) of one particular item. (example: having 100 pending Special Delivery gifts waiting to be accepted.)

Unique gifts in your gift box will be limited to 500 items. What this means: You can have any number of servings of any given one dish, but the unique items in your gift box will be 500 or less.


This change will take place Monday, March 21st. This change must be made quickly, but we want to give you the weekend to use or sell large quantities of gifts (*if you have over 500 unique gift types in your Gift Box).

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Again, this combined with other changes, should lead to a better overall experience.
