Notes:
This is a recording from a time where the Japanese shows used to be sth special. Here a few songs off the band's first record were played for one of the last times. And, more important, Jon's voice wasn't shot yet!The show is awesome, the sound uality good, and the guys play like there's no tomorrow!
Only downsides are some slight distortions and background noises which appears a few times and the Japanese people around the taper who tend to talk too much. It appears especially during "Don't Walk Away Renee", which makes me cringe as I love this cover!

This recording has been circulating since '92 however this version is a new master cassette transfer from my original analog master tape (May. 2010).

Nice opening set from Firehouse, i think this is the only time i have seen them.

This is upload #64 from my "Master tape Collection". I'm going to start uploading shows from my 600+ masters which includes uncirculated recordings from 2003 thru the present. I've taped just about every show i've gone too since 1986 so you can imagine i have a lot of masters to share. Most of my recordings from 1986-2002 have been circulating as i used to do a lot of trading back in the day. All uploads however will be new master tape transfers directly from the master tape to CD.

Cinderella really took me by suprise, I havent heard them in over 20yrs and they really rocked , I'm thinking about going to see them at Penns Peak. we'll have to see. I don't know if I got the setlist right. Let me know .

　　開場曲희야是樂隊最著名的但非樂隊創作的Ballad，김태원有不少出色的彈奏，이승철有出色的演唱。비와 당신의이야기同樣是樂隊最著名歌曲之一，Verse部份由이승철主唱，Chorus部份則由김태원主唱。김태원的老牛聲加上이승철的和唱，效果非常特別。김태원有出色的Solo，尾段以「我愛你」一句合唱至結束。在兩首出色的Ballad後，接著下來是幾首出色的HR/HM歌曲，Solo有大量Tapping及速彈技巧，旋律創作及歌曲變化亦非常出色。너뿐이야及길가의연인들分別由이승철及김태원主唱，前者由김태원作曲填詞，後者由이승철作曲填詞。김태원在길가의연인들中有低沉的演唱，兩曲的中段及尾段分別有非常出色的結他Solo。길가의연인들的結尾部份，김태원巧妙地模仿鐘聲，最後在鼓聲配合下結束。인형의부활有出色的Riff及急促的鼓配合，Verse及Chorus部份偏慢。中段的Solo有김태원大展其Tapping技巧，非常出色的Solo。Solo過後，歌曲在寂靜中變成了Ballad，김태원再有出色的彈奏，最後在김태원一喊後回到Verse部份。歌曲尾段在以為結束之際，再戲劇性的回到Riff部份一次才真正結束。슬픈환상是一首出色的Ballad，開頭有김태원出色的慢板彈奏及結他清聲伴奏。Verse部份由이승철主唱Chorus由김태원主唱。在第一次Chorus後，在結他清聲伴奏下有出色的慢板彈奏。其後轉為正常節奏後再來一段不錯的Solo。歌曲最後在一次Verse-Chorus後，平淡地結束。사랑아닌친구是由結他手이지웅作曲填詞的一曲，有非常突出的Solo部份。Solo可以分開三部份，頭尾部份不忘展示Tapping技巧，中段節奏偏慢，有非常不錯的彈奏。單憑結他音色，估計Solo第一部份的前半段是由이지웅彈奏。사랑의흔적是第二首非樂隊創作的Ballad，樂曲比較平淡，幸有김태원突出的伴奏、前奏及不錯的Solo令歌曲不致變得沉悶。

　　出色而且變化多端的歌曲、非常出色的結他彈奏、이승철與김태원如「美女與野獸」般的歌聲交替及組合。就以上幾點，這是一張非常出色的Rock Ballad, Hard Rock/Heavy Metal專輯。

I bought this cd on a store about 16 years ago, it was sell to me as a pirate or bootleg, so i can't give any more information.I know the show was Broadcast on WNEW-FM and the sound is excelent. See the sound samples on the comment section.The artwork included is the same as my version, but i found it on the net, cause at the moment my scanner is broken.

I found this comment on the internet:
"The back of the official Tesla unplugged album has a review of a show and then says that they actually recorded that disc a few days later. This is the show that the review talked about. A very nice alternative version of their official acoustic show, and they play some songs differently. They also include the strangest (worst?) performance of Breaking the Chains by Dokken."

While editing I noticed that this is to 99% the show where the LOAP live video on the "SWW - The videos" was from. The quality of that show really isn't very good, but it's at least listenable IMO and a nice companion the FM broadcast. This was the last night of the extremly long American Leg of the SWW tour and the setlist is pretty special compared to most of the shows they did that tour.

JEMS master recording. Very Good/Excellent sounding recording. Rory puts on a great performance this night. Rush was the opening act this night. Unbeknownst to everyone the other day when dusting off the Rush master tape Butterking discovered more of the Rory Gallagher recording than has been previously circulated and posted. A full half hour more of music was recorded on the flip side of this tape. This new posting(Sept 2009) should now be the complete recording for the Rory set with the following songs missing from the original posting, Walk On Hot Coals, A Million Miles Away, Used To Be and Same Thing.
