Rafa Benitez will welcome back his big guns this weekend, with Harry Kewell and Momo Sissoko the only absentees for Liverpool's first trip to the Emirates.
Luis Garcia has recovered from a hamstring strain and will return to the squad alongside the rested Steven Gerrard, Sami Hyypia, Pepe Reina and Peter Crouch.
Benitez revealed either his skipper or Bolo Zenden will fill in for Momo Sissoko in central midfield on Sunday as the Malian begins his three-month recuperation after dislocating his shoulder at St Andrews.
The Liverpool boss also admits he had a quiet word with Craig Bellamy after the Welshman missed several chances, including a penalty, during Wednesday's Carling Cup tie.
"I say to him the same thing as I said to the rest of the players when we were not scoring goals and winning games," said the Spaniard.
"I said listen, we are professionals, and if you want to change something, you can't talk. You need to work harder and show people that you are good enough on the pitch.
"Next time he is in a position to try something, he must try. Otherwise he will not change anything." |
