　　五位利物浦上个赛季英格兰青年足总杯获胜攻臣被提升到由加里.阿布莱特带领的预备队阵容当中。利物浦中文资讯报道

　　这五位17岁的球员分别是门将大卫.罗伯茨（David Roberts），前锋克雷格.林德菲尔（Craig Lindfield），左后卫罗比.斯雷法尔（Robbie Threlfall），右后卫史蒂芬.达比（Stephen Darby）和中场里安.弗里恩（Ryan Flynn）。
　　
以下是关于五位新星的介绍：

门将：大卫.罗伯茨
   
威拉尔（Wirral）出生的门将大卫.罗伯茨将在预备队中担任大卫.马丁的替补，他是06英格兰青年足总杯的英雄之一，尤其是在第二回合的比赛当中表现出色。而在此前一轮比赛中他效仿了杜德克在伊斯坦布尔的扑救绝活，在圣妈莉球场对阵南安普顿青年队的点球比赛中他扑出了两个点球。
　　
左后卫：罗比.斯雷法尔
　　
利物浦当地人罗比.斯雷法尔是06英格兰青年足总杯的主力左后卫，并且为球队在决赛中打入一球，他在第二回合对阵南安普顿的时候也打入了一粒拯救球队的进球，斯雷法尔马上被提拔到了一线队，他在对阵瑞克斯汉姆出任替补，罗比是一位有有才能的足球运动员，一个传球好手，他来自利物浦郊区Woolton区。


右后卫：史蒂芬.达比
　　
史蒂芬.达比是06英格兰青年足总杯决赛的队长，他在一些球赛当中领导的很出色，他拥有很好的领导能力和决心，是一个攻击型右后卫。


前锋：克雷格.林德菲尔

　威拉尔出生的克雷格.林德菲尔作为06英格兰青年足总杯获胜的功臣之一，他在青年足总杯一共打入7球，小伙子有速度，对来球的嗅觉很好。


中场：里安.弗里恩
　　苏格兰出生的弗里恩从法科克（Falkirk）转会而来，一位有修养的中场，传球能力非常好，同时也能取得进球，弗里恩在06英格兰青年足总杯中扮演非常重要的角色，并在决赛中打入一球。

利 物 浦 經 過 連 續 2個 成 功 的 球 季 後 ，隊 長 謝 拉 特 表 示 今 季 的 目 標 將 會 是 英 超 錦 標 。

利 物 浦 在 05及 06年 分 別 取 得 歐 冠 盃 及 英 格 蘭 足 總 盃 冠 軍 ，這 兩 季 的 成 績 已 令 擁 躉 開 心 不 已 。 不 過 紅 軍 近 年 始 終 和 頂 級 聯 賽 錦 標 無 緣 ，而 謝 拉 特 就 希 望 可 以 打 破 車 路 士 在 英 超 的 攏 斷 局 面 。

他 向 當 地 一 份 報 章 表 示 ：「 我 們 希 望 可 以 取 得 聯 賽 錦 標 ，同 時 希 望 在 其 他 盃 賽 上 爭 取 好 成 績 ，以 及 打 好 歐 冠 盃 賽 事 。 」

領 隊 賓 尼 迪 斯 早 前 表 示 希 望 可 以 將 晏 菲 路 球 場 變 成 一 座 「 堡 壘 」 ，謝 拉 特 對 此 表 示 讚 同 ：「 我 們 希 望 晏 菲 路 球 場 可 令 利 物 浦 變 成 一 支 主 場 無 懼 任 何 對 手 的 球 隊 ，而 這 個 意 見 早 在 去 季 初 就 已 提 出 ，而 我 們 亦 已 做 到 ；加 上 作 客 表 現 亦 大 幅 改 善 ，令 其 他 球 隊 不 想 對 陣 利 物 浦 ，就 是 要 將 晏 菲 路 變 成 堡 壘 的 意 思 。 」

Sevilla boss Juande Ramos has admitted that Daniel Alves could still leave the club.

Ramos has been speaking to praise the attitude of the Liverpool target and he has reiterated that he would prefer to keep him.

"He's a player whose biggest asset is his mentality," said Ramos.

"He works the same regardless of if it's a training session, friendly game or competitive match.

"He gives 100% to hold down a place in the side because now he has competition and if he leaves, he can arrive there in the best possible shape. He's a top professional.

"If he leaves, we have Hinkel to take over and decide if we can perhaps bring someone else in, although we have some promising youngsters.

"If he stays, he can share the role with Hinkel or play in the same side thanks to Hinkel's versatility."

Reports emanating from the French press are linking Florent Sinama-Pongolle with a move to Osasuna.

The Spanish outfit are eager to pep-up their forward line for next season and would be a tempting prospect for Sinama-Pongolle considering last season's exploits.

A fine campaign saw Osasuna secure fourth spot in La Liga and in the process claim unprecedented UEFA Champions League football for next season.

Sinama-Pongolle enjoyed a sojourn at Blackburn last term, but only on loan, but it now seems more likely that a permanent departure will be struck in the close-season.

Both Liverpool and the player are eager to make the switch permanent but Osasuna, like Blackburn, are more likely to be keen to secure a loan deal.

It has been reported that Osasuna have already put forward this proposal but it seems Sinama-Pongolle will wait to see if he has any suitors who are willing to sign him on a permanent basis, before making any decisions on his future.
